Tubular Heaters
We offer tubular heaters. Tubular heating elements from heaters controls & sensors. Formed tubular heating elements provide an economical, robust, and versatile heat source. Tubular heating elements are commonly used to fit into milled grooves for hot runner molding systems. The precision fit optimizes heat transfer to the working surface. Manstronics⮠can provide formed tubular heating elementsready to go into your existing channel or new tool design. Tubular heating elements are made of incolloy and can be bent into all shapes and sizes. The following diagrams provide various formations that are possible, kindly chose the formation you require.
...moreThermowells
We are offering Thermowells are recommended to protect both the operator and the temperature sensor. The proper thermowell will reduce the possibility of damage to the temperature sensor due to corrosion, pressure or the flow of abrasive or viscous media. In addition a defective instrument may be removed without shutting down or draining the process. Most wells have 12" process & instrument connections with a 0.260" bore. Wells with other dimensions and materials are readily available on order.
...moreThermocouples
We are offering thermocouples are classified by calibration type because they have differing emf (electromotive force) versus temperature curves. Some generate considerably more voltage at lower temperatures, while others do not begin to develop a significant voltage until subjected to high temperatures. Also, calibration types are designed to deliver as close to a straight line voltage curve inside their temperature application range as possible. This makes it easier for an instrument or temperature controller to correctly correlate the received voltage to a particular temperature. Additionally, thermocouple calibration types have different levels of compatibility with different atmospheres. Chemical reaction between certain thermocouple alloys and the application atmosphere could cause metallurgy degradation, making another calibration type more suitable for sensor life and accuracy requirements. Thermocouples are best suited to high temperatures, environmental extremes or applications requiring microscopic size sensors. They are also recommended for high vibration environments.
...moreStraight Probe Assemblies
We are offering straight probe assemblies. Features: 14" diameter 304, 316 ss sheath; operating range –320° to 900°f; teflon insulated lead wires; single or dual elements and 2, 3 or 4 wire element configurations
...moreSingle Element Stator Winding RTDs
We offer ingle element stator winding rtds. Flat, laminated “stick” rtds fit in slots between stator windings to monitor temperature rise and prevent overheating. The national electrical manufacturers association (nema) recognizes embedded detectors as a standard protection for motor and generator insulation. unlike on-off devices, rtds provide continuous sensing for earlier warning without unnecessary tripouts. The sensing elements of stator rtds extend through most of the body length to provide an average temperature reading. This eliminates the danger of a point-type sensor missing a localized hot spot. Six sensors are recommended for each motor, two per phase. Locate sensors near the hottest point of the windings for best performance. Manstronics® stator rtds meet the specifications of ansi c50.10-1990, general requirements for synchronous motors.
...moreResistance Temperature Detectors
We offer resistance temperature detectors. Manstronic’s platinum resistance elements are specially designed to ensure precise and repeatable temperature versus resistance characteristics. The sensors are made with controlled purity platinum, have high purity ceramic components and constructed in a unique strain-free manner. Rtds are best for most industrial measurements over a wide temperature range, especially when sensor stability is essential for proper control. Generally speaking, if accuracy is your most important concern and the application temperature is between 140°c and 650°c rtds are probably the best choice. Three-wire is the most common but four-wire provides higher system accuracy.
...morePTC THERMISTOR MOTOR PROTECTION SENSOR
We are offeirng ptc thermistor motor protection sensor. Provides economical and reliable protection for 3-phase motors. Sharp increase in resistance near trip temperature. Wide trip temperature range from 85°c to 135°c. Rugged design for installation during motor manufacturing directly senses motor winding temperature rapid response to changes in temperature no field adjustment required.
...moreMelt Bolt Thermocouples
We are offering melt bolt thermocouples. Stainless steel melt bolt stainless steel probe fiberglass or mgo insulated probe type j and k thermocouples for use up to 482°c type t thermocouple for use up to 371°c.
...moreDual Element Stator Winding RTDs
We offer ingle element stator winding rtds. Dual element stator winding rtds provide extra protection for motors and generators. The second element can be a back up in case of damage, or use one element for input to a temperature display at the machine and the other for control room monitoring. Standard models are available with thickness options of 0.030 to 0.125", with sensing elements to match most instrumentation.
...moreCompensating Cable
We properly package our products using premium supplies and ultramodern technologies to make sure they endure shipping, handling, mechanical damages etc. We provide customized packaging solutions. We are accredited for providing faultless array of products. This has become possible owing to the efforts of our quality auditors who strictly check the inputs before procurement.
