To pressurise Oxygen is easy and safe if you are using the right tool. Currently Maximator (Zorge/Germany) is presenting this with their new Rebreather Oxygen Booster Series (ROB). The ROB-Series is designed for users who need to compress Oxygen up to 300 bar in the most easy and effective way. Professional Divers are using the boosters of the ROB Series to fill Oxygen bottles or to mix gases for the technical diving as well as Fire and Emergency stations are committed to the quality of these compact boosters. The ROB units are driven with compressed air up to 10 bar. Alternatively, the ROB units can also be driven from a gas bottle or even by manual operation. In short, the ROB units are ideal for use in any environment or work area. They are light weight, flexible; they can be mounted in a dive boat or permanently installed in a Fire Station. There are six models in the ROB-series which offers the optimal solution for each application. Even at low gas inlet pressure the required working pressure is generated quickly. This will ensure an optimum use of your oxygen bottles. Installing the ROB is done with a few simple steps leading to both space and time saving.

The hydraulic driven boosters type HDLE are suitable for the compression of industrial gases and hydrogen. Four different basic models cover pressure ranges from 50 bar up to 900 bar. The flow rate remains constant over the entire pressure range. The HDLE Series booster can be operated at a maximum temperature of 100°C. They are used in the automotive, energy, chemicals and petrochemicals, and oil and gas industry (onshore and offshore) to increase the gas pressure for a wide range of applications to the required working pressure. Assisted Injection Moulding (AIM) is part of a family of technologies that are operated with plastics processing methods to improve product quality and significantly reduce cost.   The technologies include the injection of gas or water at high pressure into plastic in an injection mould. This cores out sections of the part, leaving hollow areas. These reduce part weight and can provide much better distribution of packing pressure and eliminate sink marks. Gas can also be applied to the surface of a plastic part to replace moulding machine packing pressure with a uniform gas packing pressure, eliminating sink marks and reducing clamping force and often leading to lower part weight and cycle time.

A wide variety of other gases are complete booster stations ready for connection which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 2,400 bar.The Booster stations can be used for all kinds of testing and filliing, recovery of gases or for other functions requiring a determined high pressure.

Air booster The units are capable of increasing normal pressures of 4 bar or 6 bar to the desired final pressures. The Air Amplifiers are operated with normal shop air and are provided with a variety of amplification ratios.
