Nylon Monofilament Wick Proof chafer requires a special RFL Dip Solution and Process. RFL Dip pick up in monofilament chafer though it is much lower as compared to multifilament Wick Proof Chafer the adhesion properties are much better. Monofilament Chafer is 100% Wick Proof type. They are specially treated to give a high level of adhesion. A major advantage with Monofilament Chafer is the lower weight per square meter, which reduces the weight of the overall tyre, without compromising on the strength parameters.
