This cleanroom workbench consists of ESD safe worktable with ESD table attachment integrated with handheld instrument like multimeters, insulation testers and safety ohm meter, soldering and desoldering station and power supply. Also consisting of ESD bin holders, power sockets, safety and switch units and fume extractor, 10x magnifying glass- bench mounting type.

Drawer: ESD and non-ESD design available in 3 compartments with central locking system, also available in push to open style. Footrest: Surface adjustable by means of a solid raster tilting device on the underside. The foot rest can directly be connected to the earth potential through a grounding point. Height adjustable in front 30-100 cm, at back 70-175 cm. Trays: PC trays adjustable in width, slidable keyboard and mouse trays. Swivel Arms: 180° rotatable with 13’’ to 27’’ sized flat screen monitor holding capacity along with load bearing capacity of 20lbs.

the workstation is raw chipboard allowing electro-static discharge with a thin chipboard top as per DIN EN 61340-2-3 and DIN EN 61340-5-1 (volume conductive). Lightweight, very solid and changeable worktop supported with functional steel frame 40x40mm. The worktop ergo-line: The front left and right-handed corners of the working top are rounded by 20mm radius. Due to ergonomic roundness crashes are avoided and the risk of injuries are completely precluded. This new decor of front white gives the system a noble character and elegant appearance.

The workbench lighting is contactless Sensor based RGB Lighting system. The light can be swiveled in its holder, it is dimmable and intensity of light can be adjustable from 0- 3000 lux. This LED lightning system can be switched and dimmed by means of contact free sensor.

This ESD workbench consists of 0-125V DC 0-10A supply integrated into ESD cockpit, Digital Multimeter, Calibrator and Three Phase Calibrator integrated in 19’’ cabinet. In this case provision for 3 parallel outputs for Calibrator has been made in 19’’ cabinet. This system also consists of RGB LED lighting, power sockets and three phase safety and socket module.
