Spectacle blinds consist of a ring (spacer) and a plate (spade). In the event of an item of equipment being shut down, the plate covers the ring to form an airtight seal. Our spectacle blinds are designed to ensure that an item of equipment can be securely blanked off, with no possibility of leakage in the valve. Because safety is so important to the function of our spectacle blinds, we assure that they are tested exactly to clients specifications. Our spectacle blinds come in pressure ratings of 150lbs, 300lbs, 600lbs, 900lbs, 1500lbs and 2500lbs  Spectacle blinds are available dimensionally in accordance with API 590 and ASTM 16.48 or customer requirements.  

Spades and spacers are designed to isolate sections of pipe to prevent contamination and allow inspection. Our spades and spacers are made from duplex, super duplex, 6% moly, nickel alloy and stainless steel to ensure they are strong and corrosion resistant. Our spades and spacers are available dimensionally in accordance with API 590 and ASTM 16.48 or customer requirements.  

Our seamless pipes are finished to specific thickness and dimension specifications measured by their outside diameter (OD) and wall thickness. By designating the outside diameter, pipes with the same OD can fit together regardless of differences in wall thickness Because they have no welded seams, our seamless pipes have greater pressure retaining capabilities than welded pipes and are better suited for high-pressured environments. We have a range of flanges made from premium quality materials including duplex, super duplex and 6% moly. Our flanges are also designed in standardised dimensions to ensure good functionality and inter-changeability within their classes. For low-pressure piping we offer threaded Stainless Steel Flanges that attach without welding. For higher pressure pipes we stock slip-on flanges (welded inside and out), weld-neck flanges (attached with butt welding) and socket weld flanges (tight fitting and welded).
