These are our procedures: 1. BUYER ISSUES LOI to Saga International Group, LLC 2. Seller Mandate/Associate Mandate to prepare FCO (note procedures with acceptance from buyer on FCO) 3. Buyer to approve FCO with return to seller with a bcl (no soft probes) 4. Seller to prepare sale and purchase draft contract.(BCL necessary or bank statement) 5. Buyer reviews and returns contract by email or fax. At this time buyer must present a draft copy of the lc that will be issued for approval 6. Seller and buyer sign contract and exchange contract by mail. 7. Buyer's Bank chooses the payment method and issues as Pre Advice. 8. Seller's Bank issues 2% performance bond and give POP (Proof of Product) to Buyer's bank. This will activate the non operative financial instrument.( Buyer can proof funds with MT799 (bank to bank), if they don't want to open non-operative LC.) 9. Delivery begins as per contract terms and conditions. Payment terms: via Non transferable IRDLC 100% at sight.
