After the sizing process of yarn, It is the end left over sized yarn which is unable to use for weaving process  

Lickerine fly waste is heavy cotton lint material getting separated from the lickerine beater of the carding machine.

This type of Cotton fiber is derived from carding machines. Carding is a mechanical process that disentangles, cleans and intermixes fibers to produce a continuous web or sliver, suitable for subsequent processing.This is achieved by passing the fibers between differentially moving surfaces covered with card clothing. It breaks up and unorganised clumps of fibre and then aligns the individual fibres In the process free flowing fibers are removed by rotating flats.These fibers are Longer than comber fibers and also much better quality than Dropping Fibers, It also has some trash content and has very few impurities which are present in the cotton

Cotton droppings are derived from blow room machinery. Blow room is a first cleaning process of raw cotton.The Blow room plays an important role in the opening, cleaning, homogeneous mixing and blending, optimum process parameters are required to minimize/control the fibre rupture and lower the nep generation.These fibers are much more impurities and has lot of long and good fibers. This fiber can also be segregated by fiber recovery plant or by willow process to remove waste by gravity.This is a cost effective product a must for OE yarns.

This waste is a very clean waste without any impurities The evenness of fibers are on its maximum. The there is no trash, and fiber is very long. This form of waste is considered even better then raw cotton. It is more expensive then comber

These Comber fibers are used in OE spinning to reduce cost, add strength, reduce imperfections in OE yarn.
