Flute Rolls are minutely finished and mounted on spherical Roll Bearings, to give perfect impression on board. The setting of flute roll is from one side only. A motor is fitted to keep the gun rolls rotation for agitation of the gun while the gun unit is disengaged from the flute rolls. A steam shower is provided for perfect formation of the flutes. Motorised self loading reel stand is additionally provided with machine.
