Indl. Oil Immersion Heater are commonly used in many chemical, petroleum and water based applications. Consisting normally of an ANSI rated flange with several hairpin elements or bugle tubular elements extending from the face of the flange, this electric heater uses direct heat application to the liquid medium.

These heaters are made of Nicrohome wire sealed inside a Steel tubular high temperature grade pipe, which is compacted along with high grade MGO allowing it to withstand high insulation resistance, later the element are brazed to a Cast Iron Flange/ Brass flange / S.S.Flange / and are provided with a Thermostat pocket, earthing terminal, & cap. These heaters are designed to provide efficient heating which ensures that the Oil flash point is not achieved in case of non failure of temp. controller or sensor.
