We manufacture solid wood door frame from Red Meranti Ghana Teak & Steam beach. Shutters are solid core (pine) infill. Shutters are finished by 1mm thick laminates or natural veneer. Solid wood is sourced from Gandhidham and upon arrival seasoned in automatic seasoning plant to moisture content less than 12% to 15%. Machining of lock slot, hinges slot, key hole and handle hole on shutter is done automatically on CNC Rover machine.

n our system, opening size in the wall is prepared using fixture gauge, door frame is fixed using expansion bolts & expandable PU foam. These provide and guarantees fast and easy fixing of door frame. Time saved is critical for the developer. We offer eco-friendly water based PU polish, solvent based PU polish or different colours in PU pigmented matt or gloss. Entire coating is done automatically on dust free Cefla coating line under positive pressure.
