Positioning in the Plant : Oxygen filling manifold is the final stage where cylinder rack is set for final filling. The pressurized oxygen is controlled by pressure gauges & manifold valves. Primary Function : High Pressure Oxygen Pumped by L.O.Pump passes through Heat Exchangers converts into gaseous form. SS Spindle – SS 304 material improves the life of the valve as the valve is operated for each filling batch. Manifold valve is made from forged body tested with working pressure of 165 kg/cm2 and tested pressure of 200 kg/cm2. Pressure gauge 6” size are supplied brass as well as SS bordoun for 420kg/cm2 presssure. Safety valve are made in carbon steel with SS seat and working part. The safety valve supplied is approved by the explosive department .The working presssure are 165 kg/cm2 – 20 X 25mm size.

The Cascade, freestanding type with High-pressure seamless gas cylinders for CNG gas Service suitable for a filling pressure of 250 kg/cm2 at 15ºC. Imorted High Pressure Cylinders are assembled inside a sturdy frame in three independent banks, Low Bank, Medium bank and High Bank. The cylinders are mounted in the frame such that there is no lateral or rotational movement of the cylinder during transportation. The cylinders assembled keeping a minimum gap of 30mm between them. The frame have a lifting eye to facilitate lifting with the crane as well as forklift with full weight of cylinder filled with gas, and have suitable tie down camps the base. The Cascade painted with a special paint to withstand environmental corrosion.The manifolding are suitable for three line sequential filling through the Dispensr. All fittings and valves are of SS 316 rated for the working pressure. Each bank has a liquid pressure guage 0-400 kg/cm2 assembled in a manifold block. All tubings are SS 316 confirming to ASTM A 269 suitable to absorb contraction, expansion and vibration.
