Pacific High Speed Automatic Polishing Machine is used for polishing of complete punches and dies by drag finishing process. The punches / dies rotate in clockwise and anti clockwise direction inside a tank filled with walnut shell powder. The punches / dies get polished in very short durations as the process is very effective.  Features - Polishing punches / dies to a very high quality finish- Lowering of punch stiffness in the die table of the tablet press- Effective removal of corrosion spots / faults appearing in the punches due to poor maintenance and storage- Polishing process time is very short compared to manual polishing- Fixing and removing punches / dies from the punch holder is simple and very fast- No scratching or tool tip breakages during polishing- The polishing machine is simple to operate and programme- Compliance to 21CFR part 11 with batch report printing facility (optional)  We have 2 models - PAP 60 having capacity of holding 45 punches and- PAP 120 having capacity of holding 108 punches 

Standard Tooling is basically round and shaped tooling manufactured as per exact standards to suit any tablet press Worldwide. Pacific manufactures tooling in both TSM & EURO standards.    - Pacific also manufactures EU1-441 D tooling, wherein the punch head diameter is 38mm for achieving better dwell time, suitable for Fette & Kilian Tablet compression machines.- Pacific also manufactures non-standard tooling according to customer requirements for manufacturing veterinary bolus tablets and for confectionery & detergent industry.- Pacific can also provides different tip options like short upper punch tip straight,bakelite relief,dust cups,bellows and universal punch groove seal upon request.- Also different die options can be provided like tungsten carbide lined dies,taper dies with under cut for Multi-Tip, upon request.
