The Belt is designed in Standard sizes with 9" wide seamless PVC coated Belt with working space of 12" on both sides of the Belt; person sit on both sides of the Table and manually put the Product in Cartons for Shipping. Drive arrangement is with Geared Motor without any chain system, VFD can be provided to Control the speed as per requirement.

The packing conveyor belt is having stainless steel table top with moving endless sandwich belt in the center. Tabletop is fixed to the same structure made out of SS square pipe and supported on adjustable bolts. Tabletop is of 12 inches working space on both side of the conveyor belt for final visual inspection dn packing.

Packing Conveyor Belt is having S.S. Table Top with moving belt in the centre. Belt can be provided either 6" - 8" - 10" - 12"- 15" - 18"Width Fiber Impregnated PVC Nylon or 90mm wide SS slat. S.S. Table Top is fixed to the frame structure made out of square pipe and supported on adjustable bolts. The drive unit consists of a TEFC Electric motor coupled to a suitable reduction gear box. We have provided a AC frequency drive along with the unit to facilitate quick speed changes and synchronization with other equipments.
