Being one of the largest pet processors in india, we have been catering to various industries like beverages, edible oil, pharma, liquor, cosmetics for pet bottles and jars etc. we have developed a state of the art facility at silvassa and khurda. Silvassa has 2 husky machines from canada & 5 - krauss-maffei machines from germany and khurda has 01 krauss-maffei and 02 numbers of husky; all housed in a clean room environment. our production process and other support systems (with in-house design solutions) are built with robust systems and procedures, which ensure consistent quality of preforms. As a continuous improvement process, we develop lighter preforms, so as to ensure lower packaging cost for the end user, and also as a part of our environmental social responsibility to make the package less resource intensive. we cater to wide range of pet rigid packaging with our elaborate range of high quality preforms:- a) 27-ml neck finish preforms for water packaging; b) 28mm pco neck finish preforms for carbonated beverages and hybrid preforms (warm fill); c) 25mm-ropp & 28mm-ropp neck finish preforms for pharma, cosmetics and liquor packaging d) 83mm jar pet preforms (newly developed) for confectioneries, pickles, ghee, household and other applications, etc. the total installed capacity of the plant is 600 million preforms annum, equaling a conversion of 16,500mtpa of pet resin.
