The construction of the machine varies as per requirement of the customer; it can be inside outside MS or full stainless steel GMP model depending upon the product and industry requirement. Tray Dryer is the most conventional Dryer used very widely and still being used where the moisture content is more and where the product has to be dried at low temperature for long hours.

An Air Tray Dryer Is used for the best drying results in conventional process. It consists of a double-walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap between two walls is filled with light resin-bounded fibreglass wool insulation material to avoid heat loss. The doors are provided with gaskets to avoid air leakages from the front side of the door. Stainless steel trays are placed inside the chamber. cGMP model dryers are designed to dry specific products.

The FLUIDPRO Fluid Bed Processor makes drying and agglomeration possible in a single equipment. The basic equipment is 2-bar pressure shock resistant and consists of air handling unit, inlet chamber, product container, retarding chamber with finger bag assembly and exhaust unit consisting of exhaust blower. Fluid Bed Processor is a very good technology to make granules from powder using top spray method. The technology is most suited as the same equipment can be used for top spray granulation, bottom spray coating & drying all 03 parameters in the same equipment thereby reducing the nos of equipment used for a process. With fluid bed processor technology the granulation is uniform and better due to fluidization the particle movement is very fast and due to the liquid moisture been sprayed on continuous basis the mixing of powder & liquid is very efficient and uniform.

The Fluid Bed system have a bed of solid particles which are fluidized by passing a stream of air upward through a specially designed perforated sheet. The upward velocity of air is so maintained so as to slightly lift the solid particles and set them in motion. This motion can be utilized to bring about mixing as well as forward movement of the solids particles. The air is heated and the process hot air evaporates the fluid and dries the solids. Fines get agglomerated to larger granules particles thus providing large size.

Fluid bed bottom Spray Coating called Wurster fluid-bed process is a technology for precision application of high quality reproducible films onto particulate materials such as powders, crystals, or granules. In bottom spray coating for wurster coating spraying is done from below upwards. The spray nozzles are integrated in the flow bed and thus completely swathe by the product. By combining flow bed and partition, a targeted and controlled movement of the particles can be achieved. This is the requirement for the optimal application of the coating materials to the particles.
