This machine is specially designed for 100% visual inspection of tablets from both sides and 1,00,000 tablets per hour can be inspected on this GMP Model by employing 2 operators thereby reducing inspection cost considerably. Tablet Inspection belt consist of stainless steel complete body, S.S Hopper from which tablets fall on a magnetic vibrator that removes chips and dust from the tablets and feed them on 6 inches wide belt for one operator to inspect the other side of the tablets (minimum size of the tablet 3 mm & maximum size of the tablet 19 mm.)

Used for smooth and gentle blending of dense powders and abrasive material. This machine can handle large volumes and is easily cleaned. Separately driven internal lump breakers can be provided for braking of lumps and agglomerates. The unit consists of two cylindrical cones welded together and fitted with shaft mounted on bearings. The blender is rotated at slow RPM because of which the entire mass is tumbled along the angle of the cone resulting in cris crossing of the material to produce a uniform mix.
