It can be used to improve workability without the addition of extra water, or to allow reductions in free water content of the concrete mix. Direction for Use Perma Plast-EX should be added to the concrete mix during the mixing cycle at the same time as water. Never add Perma Plast- EX to dry cement. Dosage Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum addition rates of Perma Plast-EX. A dosage range of 100 ml to 200 ml per 50 kgs of cement is recommended as an initial starting point.
