The air is forced into a tube which fills with the air and applies pressure that causes the press to move downwards. Once the press stroke is finished, the air is evacuated through valves and Mechanical Springs cause the pump to move upward again. Advantages of Pneumatic Press :- 1). - Construction of Body: Body made of resistant steel, welded for rigidity - Lubrication: Equipped with centralized one shot lubrication system - Slides and Guides: Heavy Duty Cast Iron Slides run on Cast Iron Guides and bearings. Surfaces of slides, guides, slide face and bed are hand scrapped - Crankshaft and Bearings: Eccentric shaft made from carbon steel and ground finished bearings surfaces. Main bearings of hand scrapped walled Nickle Phosphorous Bronze bushes. - Bolster: As required, bolster plates are ground with T slots or Drilled - Pneumatic Friction Clutch and Brake - Suppled with electric control panel and foot switch.
