POLY PLAST made storage tanks are available in capacities ranging from 1 m3 to 400 m3. Generally tanks upto 150 m3 are made at our factory and beyond that are made at the customer's site. We also offer complete accessories like ladders, railing, float type level indicators etc. as per the customer's specifications and requirement. POLY PLAST manufactures contact moulded/hand lay-up tanks a well as Filament-Wound tanks made on Filament Winding Machines as well as dual laminated tanks with a thermoplastic liner such as PP, PVC, CPVC, ECTFE, PVDF, FEP, TFM etc. POLY PLAST manufactured one of the largest rectangular tank (80,000 Ltrs. Cap.) having size: 9200 x 3400 x 2800 mm. POLY PLAST holds the record of manufacturing • A 300m3 PP/FRP Vertical storage tank. • The largest capacity horizontal type pressure vessel of 50,000 Ltrs working at 1 kg/cm2 pressure. PP FRP tanks Excellent smooth surface to prevent dust from sticking to the wall. Tanks are completely sealed from inside in order to restrict any addition of foreign particles No metal components need to be in contact with water. Reinforcement, bolts and nuts for assembly are on the outside.

POLY PLAST manufactures Process / Reaction Vessels of different sizes and shapes as per the customer's specifications, ranging from 200 ltrs, to 1, 00,000 Itrs capacity with conical, dished or flat bottom and top. The M. O. C depends on chemical, temperature and pressure conditions of the process requirement. We also supply these equipments with complete stirring assembly with Independent mounting structure and suitable sealing arrangements as per the customer's requirements. Stirrers are fabricated out of MS/SS materials, lined with plastic materials as per service warranted and tested with H.V.H.F spark testers for leak proof functioning. All thermoplastic liner weld joints are provided with non metallic conductive materials to facilitate spark testing. Similarly FRP lined metallic vessels are also tested with spark testing for pin hole or discontinuity of lining. These vessels are ideal replacement to the conventional MS glass - lined and Nobel metal claded vessels. POLY PLAST also provide cooling or heating coil made out of different materials as per the customer's requirement .

POLY PLAST offers hand lay up & filament wound pipes ranging from 50 mm NB to 3600 mm NB, made using Filament Winding Machines. These pipes being mechanically very strong and can withstand high pressure and vacuum. Polyplast offers, these pipes from various resins like Isophthalic, Vinylester, Bisphenol and other imported resin. These pipes can also be made of dual laminated plastics like PVC-FRP,CPVC-FRP, PVDF-FRP, PP-FRP, FEP-FRP etc.

Polyplast PTFE cloth spray shields are manufactured from single and multi layered clear cloth for ease of visibility, or from a colored cloth with a leak indicating patch. Weep holes located behind the senstitive pH indicating patch allow the indicator to immediately signal a leak and will change color to red in the presence of an acid, or green if an alkali, The pH patch is also replaceable which allows reuse of the shield.Poly Plast Spray shields are UV stabilized and resistant to sun, rain and fumes and may be used indoors or outdoors. Our shields are quickly and reasily installed by one person without any tools by means of hook and loop fastener and drawstrings. Spray Shields help meet regulator standards set by agencies such as OSHA, EPA, MSHA, SOLAS, ARS & DNV, and are also required by some insurance companies. WHERE TO INSTALL? 1) Pipelines containing acid/alkali close to human contact or under severe temperature & pressure conditions. 2) Leakage of fuel & oil which have fire and explosion hazard.

Flexible sizes and shapes by design could range from 50 m³ to 1000 m³.Can easily be extended at any time as storage requirement increase. Can be relocated easily from one location to another several times.

We also line CSSS Reaction Vessels, Process Vessels, Stirrers with conventional Plastic such as PVC, PP, CPVC, FRP etc. Our specialization and expertise is in lining vessels with Fluoro-Polymers such as PVDF , ECTFE, FEP, PTFE, and TFM (Modified PTFE). It is not out of place to mention, that we are the first company in India to Fabricat TFM FRV Vessels of 50,000 Itrs. for working temperature 110°C. Specially designed highly complicated MS Stirrer for this vessel is also lined with TFM. TFM have a remarkably unique property. TFM lining can replace in many cases the conventional high cost materials such as Alloy Steel, Hastalloy, Titanium, Monel and Glass lined equipments.
