The Term VCI stands for volatile corrosion inhibitor. When metal and electrical items are packed in VCI packaging material, the chemicals volatilize in the surrounding environment and form a protective invisible molecular layer on the surface of the metal. This protective layer works as a barrier between metal surface and corrosion causing materials like moisture, oxygen, dirt, salt etc; and thus prevent them from depositing on the metal to cause rust and corrosion. For optimum protection from Corrosion, VCI Poly Material should be used for Primary Packaging at the time of production and it should not be used in combination with any other option of corrosion protection.

Made from heavy duty HDPE woven fabric, our exhaustive range of HDPE tarpaulin cover are lightweight, rot proof, rust proof, easy to repair and very user friendly. The fabric used is laminated on both sides with UV stabilized LDPE (Plastic) film in different gauges to lend these tarpaulins enhanced durability. Bioxially Oriented Polypropelene (BOPP) Film coated with acrylic based adhesive in different micron (gsm) coating thickness. The BOPP tape is available in different colors. BOPP tape is used in carton box sealing and for stationery purpose. Printing of single and multiple color is also possible with logo or customized design.  

WVTR 80 times lower than 500 gauge poly. Top in the class protection against moisture, oxygen transmission, corrosion, physical damage, odor transfer, UV radiation, chemicals. Corrosion is kept at bay by maintaining humidity level below 40 RH.
