Syphons are used to protect instruments from high temperature & also avoids instruments directly coming in contact with process fluid , vapour, air or steam. These syphons are available in Alloy Steel or S.S with buttweld or threaded end.

Designed for Pneumatic & Hydraulic Line application. These couplings can be quickly connected & disconnected without spillage, while the system is in operation. Port size varies from 1/8” to 2” with variety of end connections BSP/NPT , Hose & Tube End. The Major Preferred Types available are: Single Check Valve (SC) : Valved Coupler & Plain Adaptor. Double Check Calve(DC) : Valved Coupler & Valved Adaptor. Straight Through (ST) : Plain Coupler & Adaptor. Camlock.  

Instrument Pipe Fittings are machined from bar stock or forgings in Stainless Steel, Brass, Carbon Steel, Monel, Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel or any other alloy as per customers requirements. Port size varies from 1/8" To 2". All fittings are made as per International Standards & meets the requirement of ANSI B 31.1for Power Piping, ANSI B 31.3 for Chemical Plant & Petroleum Refinery Piping & ASME Sec. VII for Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code . Available sizes include 1/8" to 2" threads which exceed the requirements of ANSI B 1.20.1 for (NPT) Tapered pipe threads & ISO parallel threads.

Condensate pots are produced in Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Stainless Steel. These pots are largely used in metering lines to cool & condense steam & to maintain a constant liquid heat above instruments. All chambers are equipped with top venting entrapped air & can be furnished with a plug .They are also recommended for liquid service when flowing temperature is above 150°C.
