The Powder Compacting Presses come in two versions with single and double action types. Adjustable Tonnage of compaction can be provided from both Top & Bottom. By using position & pressure sensors like Linear Potentiometers & Pressure Transmitters, the rate of compaction can be continuously varied as per the requirement. By the use of proportional hydraulics the hydraulic presses required and oil heating is minimised where duration of compaction is high.

These Double Action deep Drawing Presses have infinitely variable Die Cushion from the bottom for fine control of Draw Operation on Draw Quality MS, CS & SS sheets.The Press body is of sturdy portal construction through strong welding and needs no Tie Rods, Preloading & Tightening. A Well Guided cushion Housing held on top of the Ram & the cushion cylinder gives variable cushion tonnage.

Hydraulic baling press are used for side & front loading of parts in either Manual or Autofeed mode. The 'C' frame is a rigid welded structure with very low deflections under load. Besides standard designs custom build accessories, fixtures can be provided to maximise productivity.
