We offer wide range of Bag Filter Designed to handle heavy dust loads, a Dust Collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system and a dust receptacle or dust removal system.  It is distinguished from air cleaners which use disposable filters to remove dust.  The dust-laden air enters the Bag Filter.  The dust / powder separates inside the bag air filter chamber.  The air is uniformly distributed avoiding channeling while the powder is separated.  Initially a coat of material forms on the bags. Subsequently, the coat acts as the filtering medium.  The dust is accumulated on filter elements while the air passes through the filter bags from outside to inside.  The accumulated powder is dislodged from the bags by reverse pulse jet air intermittently.  The dislodged powder falls on bottom cone and is discharged through powder discharge valves. The dust free air is sucked by induced draft fan and is exhausted to atmosphere. 

The Vertical pressure leaf filters are highly useful in filtration of slurry. It is mounted on four legs, with the internal Leaves being mounted on manifolds. For opening and closing the filter it is provided with eye bolts and devit and devit arm for the rotatable arrangement. There is no need to open the lid during the discharge of the cake, as the pneumatic vibrator system is provided on the top of leaf filters to dislodge the cake.

Conventionally Membrane holders are used for filtration of small volumes of pharmaceutical preparations, opthalmic solutions etc through sterile membranes viz. 0.45 or 0.2 Micron. The membrane holder assembly is offered in SS316L with mirror polished internal surfaces. The Internals contain a perforated support and a flow distribution plate. The assembly can be tightened with 6 nos specially provided bolts. Sealing is provided by food grade Silicone O rings. Our membrane holders can also be offered with cleanable SS316 filter disc of 2 micron over which the sterile disposable membrane is placed. This helps the user to conduct pre-filtration as well as sterile filtration in a single pass.

Agitated nutsche filter, Kumar process has designed unique Non-agitated type Nutsche Filters. Conventional Nutsche filters use PP Polyester cloth which could release fibers leading to product contamination. We offer cleanable, non-fiber particle releasing Sintered SS316L filter discs. This is a major advantage in applications requiring filtration of antibiotics, vitamins etc. in sterile rooms where ordinary centrifuge cannot be used and use of conventional filter cloth is ruled out. The design of Nutsche filter allows easy handling for the user without having to call the maintenance team inside the clean room, thereby saving a lot of time during loading and unloading operation. Davit arm arrangement in SS is also provided for larger units. The cleanable SS316L filter disc can be offered in any one of the standards. Micron rating available with us is between 100 Micron and 0.5 Micron to suit filtration application covering a wide range of products having different filtration characteristics.
