Higher temperature with shorter time, lower temperature with longer time. 160~180oC is suggested to improve product efficiency. The plastisol ink is elastic and there’s no flour when one scrapes it's not properly cured. Suitable for cotton blending, polyester, Nylon, Et al, and all other fabrics which are porous in nature and can withstand temperature n range of 150~180oC. Printing Method : Screen print with light squeegee pressure to “puddle” the ink on the surface of the fabric. Too much squeegee pressure will drive the plastisol ink into the fabric and will cause a poor foaming effect.Packaging & Distribution : We are committed to deliver our range of printing inks to our esteemed clients on time with safety.
