This de-inking chemical is useful for process under alkaline & neutral pulping conditions. The formulation of the product loosens the ink particle bonded to the paper surface. Gravity - 1.05 ± 0.05 Applications Use and application of “CON-TROL” 9099 is recommended at 0.2% to 0.5% based on the quality of waste paper and the process adopted by individual mill. The product is added directly in pulper along with other chemicals. Optimum results are obtained at a Temperature of 50 to 60o C with retention time of 1 to 2 hours. Shelf-LifeThe product is assured for a long standing life preferably to be stored in the covered, dry area, kept at distance from heat.
