The sturdy machine cuts and creases and thickness of board in single operation. The pressure is uniform all over the plate and can be evenly controlled with the help of pressure control guides on both sides. The machine is equipped with electromagnetic clutch & brake which is perfectly effective and timing control dwell.

The machine is provided with three slotting cutters and one corner cutter. The dies are mounted on an eccentric shaft which causes them to move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. The dies can be moved and slot depth adjusted easily.
