Our Water Level Controller comes with wide range of set-up with multi-functional system. This controller is cost effective in all ways. We make available three models within the Water Level Controllers that are Semi-automatic, Fully automatic and Multi Tank Controller. The required input is 230v AC +/- 10% 50Hz.Some of the problems that can be solved with Water Level Controller are : Over flow of water Burning of  motor Dry running of pump   Our three different models are : Semi Automatic : Pump is to be started by a manpower and will stop automatically when water level in overhead tank reaches top level. Fully Automatic : Prompt Start : when water level in overhead tank goes half level, so ensure water at all time. Instant Stop : Water level in overhead tank reaches top level. Water level in ground tank reaches low level so avoids dry running of pump. Multi Tank Controller : Prompt Start : when water level in any one of the over head tank goes half level. Instant Stop : Water level in overhead tank reaches top level. Water level in ground tank reaches low level so avoids dry running of pump.

The TC 09 is a proportionate temperature controller with dual display and digital calibration. This proportionate controller decreases the average power supplied to the heater as the temperature approaches set point. This ensures that it will not overshoot the set point and maintain a stable temperature. This proportionate temperature controller maintains a stable temperature due to the inbuilt proportionate band which has two fixed parameters and these are PB and PT. PB is set at 5 degrees and PT is fixed for 30 seconds. If the set temperature is 100 degrees, the PB & PT will activate at 95 degrees. At this point, the ON time of the heating is 60% of PT and OFF time is 40%. This means an ON period of 18 seconds and off time of 12 seconds. When the temperature reaches 99 degrees, the ON time of the heating will be 40% and off time 60%. The controller has two displays. The first one indicates actual temperature and other indicates set temperature. The main advantage of this controller is the calibration which has been done digitally through software. There is no need to calibrate the controller every year and nobody can alter the setting as it is protected with password.

Water Level Controller has number of automatic features which set the operator free from operating the pump and save overflowing of water and electricity. Further, the international designing and structure of Water Level Controller is widely appreciated. Working :The water level controller {WLC} first checks underground water in the underground tank to the predefined upper level. Once the predefined upper level is achieved in the underground tank and if the overhead tank is empty (below predefined lower level) then the WLC switches on the pump. Whenever the pump starts, just after a minute the WLC checks the water flow. If the water flow is not achieved then the WLC gives the Dry Run audio visual indication and stops the pump. This saves the pump from dry running and saves electricity. Similarly when the water flow is sensed then the WLC checks the levels of water in the underground tank as well as overhead tank simultaneously. Once the water in the overhead tank fills up to the predefined upper level or the water is pumped below the predefined lower level in the underground tank the pump is switched off automatically. The WLC takes feedbacks from the float sensors and checks the levels of water in the overhead tank as well as the underground tank regularly. Similarly when the overhead tank gets empty, the WLC starts the pump provided there is enough water in the underground tank.Key Specifications : Dimension’s - W: 125mm H: 180mm D: 62mm.
