These are mainly recommended for industrial ventilation and fume exhaust requiring high volumetric flow rates at low pressures.Range: Capacity up to 1, 00, 000 cmh. and pressure up to 90-mm w.g.Construction: Casing & drive stands are fabricated in mild steel, casing is of tubular shape having enough length to cover motor and impeller.Drilled flanges are incorporated at Inlet and Outlet. The impeller is of axial flow type with aerofoil design and statically and dynamically balanced. It is usually in cast aluminum. These fans are supplied either in direct or V-belt drive arrangement.

    POWERED VENTILATOR These are available for 3 different types of mounting on the roof i.e. flat, slope, ridge type. It consist of a bottom barrel in which is encased a cast-aero foiled section aluminum impeller directly mounted on the shaft of flange mounted TEFC motor & on top of the Barrel is a hood having bird-screen. It is available in sizes from 12" to 48" & is light weight, Low RPM highly efficient for exhausting out hot & foul air that remains suspended in the plant.TURBO VENTILATOR The turbo ventilators are available in sizes 28", 32" OD and consist of aluminum fins, Top cover, bottom ring, shaft, supports in stainless steel with FRP base.

FUME EXHAUST SYSTEMS These Systems are designed for exhausting out hot air, acid, alkali fumes, smoke for various industries, hotel kitchens etc. by providing guiding hoods at the source of their generation which are connected through ducting’s to Centrifugal Blower which creates negative pressure whereby fumes, smoke are sucked and are scrubbed in scrubbers or thrown into atmosphere. These systems are supplied in M.S., S.S., PP, FRP and Rubber Lined Constructions. DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS These systems are designed for various dust producing machines for different applications by providing guiding hoods, ducting’s, blowers connected to cyclone separators/ bag filters for collection of dust from different points and areas to a single source where the dust is collected. The dust collection system shall consist of a Centrifugal blower which shall create negative pressure whereby dust emitted shall be sucked and collected at the bottom of cyclone separator placed after the blower. AIR CURTAINS Pullman manufacture heavy duty air curtains to form a efficient air barrier to prevent air, dust, flies, insect from entering a particular area even though the doors and fully open & vice-versa for preventing air conditioned air from escaping.These air curtains are available for door width 3', 3.5’, 4', 5' & for bigger door width multiple air curtains are fitted on the doors.
