We have recently commissioned a brand new calendaring line exclusively for manufacturing Transparent Super Clear Soft PVC. We also manufacture Phthalate free and Non Toxic PVC film conforming to EU standards. Super Clear : Can be supplied in thickness 0.08 mm to o.50 mm in maximum width of 54 inches. Normal Clear : Can be supplied in thickness 0.05 mm to 0.50 mm in maximum width 72 inches. Clear Embossed: Double side Matt (Frosted) is very popular for packaging.We also have a wide range of 200 different embossing designs including several 3D embossing designs to choose from. Clear Rigid Film: We will soon be introducing Clear rigid film in thickness upto 0.30 mm and width upto 72 inches. Clear Printed: We print clear PVC in width up to 54 inches. We have a wide range of 200 printing designs to choose from. Clear Laminated : We can supply laminated clear upto 3mm thickness and in width upto 72 inches. This can be plain or embossed with a design of your choice. Applications of Clear PVC : Main areas of application are stationery, rainwear, bags and bag covers, glass lamination, jeep windows, packaging of garments and hosiery, blood bags, urine bags, table covers, shower curtains, pvc doors, car matts , air separating curtains and vinyl stickers

We print PVC using Rotagravure printing machines. We have a wide range of over 200 designs to suit various end uses. We can also make custom made designs to promote your product or brand.     We print opaque, translucent and Clear PVC. We also supply printed PVC laminated on non woven polypropylene.(our brand name Klassic).
