We are offering pvdf lined pumps. Leveraging on our vast manufacturing facilities, we offer fep/pfa lined pumps (series ppk), which are designed to handle a wide range of highly corrosive media. It uses a highly advanced lining process that is free from adhesive bonding. Unlike other lined products, these pumps remove peeling off of the lining from the metal body. Available in a variety of lining material, these pumps can withstand severe corrosion and extreme temperature conditions. features: to ensure uniform thickness of lining that is free from cavaties, air pockets, cold flows etc, the hi-tech lining process involves is carried out with high pressure molding at high temperature a unique feature is the dove-tail grooves that are provided on the metal casing and backplate. This ensures a firm grip between the lining material and metal a solid moulded, dynamically balanced, semi-open impeller with metallic insert provides mechanical strength and durability.

We also offer back pullout pvdf pumps (series kr), which are basically injection molded kynar �pvdf� pumps. Having, backpull out feature, these pumps are easy to maintain. Without stressing pump suction and discharge nozzle, the metallic armour supports piping loads. The spacer coupling and pump construction together assist in dismantling the rotor assembly without disturbing the discharge/suction motor & pipes. This feature minimizes the requirement for alignment of a coupling after every maintenance interval
