SONA PLATING MACHINE is a compact, self contained bench top unit which can take care of all your plating needs like:Gold plating,Rhodium plating,Black, Red or Green rhodium plating.A fully variable 10 Ampere, 0-10 Volts rectifier with electronic controls, You can electro-clean your jewellery in the first tank; Gold plating is done in the second tank and Rhodium plating in the third. Copper, Nickel and silver plating can be done by using the appropriate solutions. The machine has an inbuilt pen plating connection which eliminates the need for buying separate pen plating unit.

Depending upon the size and weight about 100200 pieces of rings, earrings and pendant, like jewellery with or without diamonds & stones can be excellently polished from inside and outside within 20-30 minutes.SONA MAGNETIC POLISHER uses stainless steel magnetic pins (0.5 to 0.3 mm) to polish filigree items and inner side of ornaments, which cannot be polished manually, by acidic process or by other means. This unique machine reduces the work of thread polishing in diamond setting items. and features digital timer & automatic reverse rotations control.After the ornaments, for polishing, are kept in and the polisher is switched on, the machine does the complete job of polishing on its own.

SONA Investment Mixer is a fully stainless steel powder mixing and vacuum investing machine which gives excellent investment results. The Investment Mixer mixes investment powder with reversible facility under total vacuum, to ensure bubble free slurry to be poured in flasks under complete vacuum. The flasks are placed in the lower chamber and vacuumed. After mixing and vacuuming the investment powder in the upper chamber, the valves are opened between the chambers and the investment flows in the flasks. It eliminates human error and limits investment waste with consequent labor saving. It allows the achievement of the best results in the burnout phase and therefore guarantying strong resistance and perfect smoothness of the investment during casting. A stainless steel waste sink is provided at the side to clean the mixing chamber with a shower facility without making a mess, as the mixing chamber can be revolved on top of the sink. The acrylic top is hinged onto the mixing chamber for easy opening.
