"Indus" Steep Angle Conveyor Belts are modern age Bucket Elevator Box Belts. These Belts are made with Cleats and Sidewall. The concept of steep angle betls is to carry materials on steepest angle upto 90 degree with zero spillage These belts can be driven at the speed upto 5 Msec. The space requirement is quite less as compared to Conventional Belts. Nitrile Rubber or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) is a co-polymer of Butadiene and Acrylonitrile. It has good resistant to oil along with good mechanical properties especially tensile strength, flexing, compression set and impermeability to gases. It has moderate ageing properties and good adhesion to metal.

Grade HR : Specially compounded rubber cover grade recommended for handling materials like alumina, ash, chemicals etc. having materials temperature over 65 degree Celsius and upto 125 degree Celsius for fine materials. The Belts made with this cover grade conform to IS 1891 Pt II for HR-Type T-1 grade.

EPDM or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer has an excellent operating temperature range of -45 deg C to +120 deg C. It is highly recommended for outdoor usage as it is extremely resistant to oxidation, UV rays and Ozone due to highly saturated polymer chain.

EPDM rubber is a class of synthetic rubbers made primarily from EPDM polymer. It is ideal for roofs with poor drainage or where the water proofing is to be covered by gravel, soil, decks, or pavers. In addition, since it is fully UV stable, it can be used for fully exposed applications.
