Made from special, narrow-cut naphtenic oils, practically wax-free, for extremely low pour and floc points. They meet the specification requirements of DIN 51503 KC and British Standards BS 2626:1975 In addition they also meet the specification requirements of IS 4578 - 1968and carrier corporation, USA PP 46-1.   Application Requirements : The lubricants to be used in refrigeration and air-conditon compressor must have very low pour and freon floc points to prevents loss of fluidity and formation of wax deposits at the low temperatures they work on. They also must have long oil service life through excellent oxidation stability and must protect the equipment reliably and efficiently. They also must minimize formation of gums, varnish and other sludge deposits, besides minimizing carry-over by resisting foaming.   Recommendations : Mex Friz Oils is recommended for use in reciprocating and rotary refrigeration and air conditioning compressors. Introduction of Refrigeration Oil: Refrigeration Oil possess very high fluidity at very low temperatures (low pour point) with low flock point, resist deposit formation; have good chemical stability with minimum tendency to foam. Compared to equiviscous, mineral oil-based refrigeration oils, the followingn wear protection values were established:   Application RENISO SP products are recommended for use in R22, R502 applications and with drop inrefrigerantsi.e. R401A/B, R402A/B heat pumps used to heat tap water plants where very high compressor outlettemperatures are encountered. systems operating with R600a (iso-butane) andR290 (propane) RENISO S 68 is particularly recommended for R717 (NH3) systems. Because of its good solubility RENISO S/SP oils are recommended for R22 or R22 refrigerant mixtures such as R401A/B and R402A/B. For NH3 applications we recommend RENISO S 68 which is free of additives.   Product does not contain anti wear additives RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ Description The refrigeration oils of the RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ series are based on synthetic esters that were especially developed for use with chlorine-free, fluorinated hydrocarbons (HFC/HCFC). In contrast to conventional refrigeration oils, these are miscible with the comparatively polar HFC/HCFC. Application The RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ series is outstandingly suited for all refrigerant circuits, in which chlorine-free HFC/HCFC refrigerants, e.g. R134a, R404A or R410A are used. Depending on the viscosity, RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ refrigeration oils are recommended for hermetical, semihermetical and open piston compressors and for screw-type and turbo-compressors. RENISO TRITON SEZ 22 is especially suitable for deepfreeze systems operating with R23. Note Because of their chemical structure, ester-based oils tend to absorb water. For this reason, RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ oils can only come into contact with air briefly when the system is being filled. The contents of an opened container must be used within one working day.
