We have expertise in Rilsan Coating for ink distributing rollers for all makes of machines.We also do Rilsan coating and profiling (spiral,diamond etc.) for web offset printing machines. Your rollers can be recoated as and when you need them.
We have also developed an Alcolor attachment to upgrade your old Heidelberg Machines By retrofitting them.We also Provide Specialized activity of Damaged Cylinder repairing onsite.
We have a team of ex-Heidelberg engineers to inspect and technically audit your machine every 6 months and recommend the parts which need to be replaced or repaired. Parts are meticulously measured and tested for their material content, hardness, and surface finish. Parts are blueprinted as a basic requirement by our computer-aided design systems and produced on CNC machines. We have well equipped quality Assurance Dept. with trained engineers to ascertain the functionality & dimensional accuracy of the parts.
