Copper Tube In-Line Connectors are designed for jointing low voltage conductors. Made of electrolytic copper tube having the same dimension as CT series lugs, Braco connectors are annealed and electrolytic ally tin plated. They feature an internal taper at both ends to ease the introduction of conductor and a dimple (if required) to ensure correct positioning. These connectors can also be provided with insulation. Tinning on connectors provides better finish, avoids oxidisation and achieves maximum corrossion protection.

We offer light weight pistol grip heat gun. This is what home mechanics, electronics hobbyists and diyers have long been waiting for: a cable connecting system that joins electrical leads easily, quickly and reliably. Gone are the days of temperamental makeshift terminal block connections and wires provisionally held together by insulation tape. The new steinel shrink tube crimp connector system not only joins together any number of differently sized cables but also provides the connection with waterproof insulation and mechanical stability. crimping for example, the system can be used for producing perfect cable junctions and cable extensions in motor vehicles. And it's as easy as this: fit sleeves over the cable connection, crimp together using the crimping tool and shrink using the steinel hl 1400s hot air tool ( hot air gun ) – done! benefits of steinel crimp connectors: . Conform to rohs . Shrink 40% faster than polyamide . No damage to cables as a result of significantly lower shrink temperature (100°c instead of 170°c for polyamide) . Excellent resistance to liquids . Outstanding resistance to abrasion . Strain relief 35% better than polyamide . 100% watertight . Minimum shrink temperature 100°c . Operating temperature range -55° c to 125° c . Shrink ratio 3:1.

An Optic fiber Connector terminates the end of an optic fiber cable and enables quicker conenction and disconnection. The connectors mechanically couple and align the cores of fibers so that light can pass. Better connectors lose very little light due to reflection or misalignment of the fibers. A variety of optical fiber connectors are available, but SC and LC connectors are the most common types of connectors on the market. Typical connectors are rated for 500–1,000 mating cycles. The main differences among types of connectors are dimensions and methods of mechanical coupling.Different connectors are required for for multimode, and for single-mode fibers.
