Goods lifts are stationary lifts to carry goods from one level to another level.Construction of this lift is very rigid hence it is very reliable for carrying palletized loads directly with pallet trucks or stackers.Capacity ranges from 1000 kgs. To 5000 kgs.The platform of this lift guided in two vertical guide mast to provide better stability.The platform can be accessed from two opposite sides.The operation is also very simple.   Front dumper is a drum lifting and dumping equipment.                Capacity ranges from minimum to 500 kgs.                In this dumper the drum is clamped to the cradle of the dumper at the ground level and can be lifted to a desired level to dump the material in a hopper or a vessel. The dumping in this type is in the front of the operator.                Drum can tilt upside down through 180 degrees and can be held tilted at any angle.                Available in stationary as well as mobile modes.                Rigid in construction.                At any height the material in the drum can be dumped by the operator standing on the ground level.

Floor crane is a lifting and shifting equipment like a crane. It consists of a hook to lift the load from the ground and place it in a desired position. It is generally used to replace dies from a machine / press. As the load is suspended it is easy to adjust the load while fitting on a machine or a press.Available in capacity ranging from minimum to 2000 kgs.Floor cranes are available in both manual and electro-hydraulic modes of operation.

In this type of scissors lift the lifting of the platform is electro hydraulic through electric motor, gear pump & hydraulic cylinder & a lever valve. Electrical power is not needed while lowering the platform. Load capacity in this type ranges from minimum to 2500 kgs. As the operation is electro-hydraulic manual effort required is negligible. Also power is saved while lowering; hence the operating cost is very low.   

  The drum stacker with auto gripper grips the drum automatically without touching the drum, and stacks the drum at a desired level. While unloading also the drum unlocks automatically from the auto gripper.                 Can be used with both standard M.S. drums and plastic drums.                Rigid in construction.                Low operating and maintenance cost.                Compact design.

Dock leveler is loading and unloading equipment. It is situated at the loading bay of a factory where the material is to be loaded and unloaded. The capacity of the dock leveler ranges from minimum to 9000 kgs. Material to be loaded is lifted by a fork lift or a stacker and is carried in to the container or vehicle directly. The dock of the leveler adjusts its height according to the height of the truck which eases the rolling of the forklift over it with load.

In this type of scissors lift electrical control panels is provided with a push button station having up, down and stop buttons. The lifting and lowering is automatic.  

  Special pallets comprises of pallets that are non standard and are made for special applications / purposes.        They are further classified into : A) Composite Pallets                 Composite Pallets are made with a Combination of two materials to increase the strength of the pallet so as to carry heavy loads and for long life.                They are made with a combination of wood and mild steel rods, or plastic and mild steel rods reinforced to give better strength and life.
