The 2WX series vacuum pump is two-stage structure. The operation performance consists of two parts, high-pressure stage and low-pressure stage. The technical parameter of the pump is 6 X 10¯2 Pa. According to the users operation requirements, can be equipped with a vacuum booster pump and this pump is used as a backing pump.
