Sankalp Polyester Eye and Eye round slings feature a jacket that covers the sling body forming a loop, or eyes, at each end. This construction makes polyester eye and eye round slings ideal for applications that expose the sling to additional wear and tear. Sankalp polyester eye and eye round slings are made with strands of polyester yarn enclosed in a tough two-ply woven tubular polyester jacket. Sankalp jacket provides an additional layer of protection against abrasion. All round slings are color coated to indicated load capacity. They come with a durable tag for easy identification. EYE AND EYE SLINGS An eye (or loop) at each end makes this type of sling ideal for use in a basket hitch. This sling type can be used in a choker hitch by passing one eye around the load and through the opposite eye. Permits the use of wide slings on small crane hooks. On multi-ply slings, the bodies are stitched full length. Turend Eye SLINGS On slings with turned eye construction, the eye openings are on the same plane as the flat webbing. The elongation factor on load is only 3%, hence it absorbs the load while lifting. Zebra Round Slings flattens and adjust to contours of the load point thus forming a firm grip.
