High rubber and polymer solvency,Widely used in the manufacturing of automotive tyres and tubes, bi-cycle tyres, tyres retreading materials, belting, hoses, battery containers, extruded products and technical moulded goods,Highly suitable for Natural Rubber, Styrene Butadiene Rubber, Polybutadiene Rubber and Neoprene Rubbers,Offers good compatibly and is suitable for use with Natural Rubber, SBR, PBR, CR etc.

Aromatic Oils Aromatic Oils are generally dark in colour & good compatible with most Rubber Polymers. It is extensively used in the manufacturing of Automobile Tyres, Tread Rubber, Conveyor Belts, Automotive Components & Floor Mats etc., where colour of the end product is not important.

A mixture of Napthenic and Paraffinic base stock. It is light coloured oil and does not stain. Is formulated from carefully selected base stocks which are highly refined. It provides resistance to evaporation loss. Predominantly Paraffinic type imparting excellent tensile load characteristics to rubber. It is light coloured, having high flash point & high temperature.

IPOL ARTEC M 6800 is a non-carcinogenic high viscosity oil complying with EU dangerous substances directive and allows customers to use in products where toxicity is a key issue. IPOL ARTEC M 6800 with Polycyclic Aromatics (PCA) content being less than 3%,allows to be classified as non-carcinogenic oil. In rubber compound, it is found to provide better physical properties, both before ageing and after hot air ageing. This is mainly due to high viscosity, high flash point and lower volatile loss at higher temperature of Artec M 6800. It provide excellent alternative toregular aromatic oils. Applications:   1.    Compatible with Natural Rubber, Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) and Polybutadiene Rubber(PBR). 2.    Tyres–Automotive,Cycle&solidetc. 3.    Extruded–Tubes,hoses,profilesetc. 4.    Molded – Floorings, Mats, And Automotive Productsetc. 5.    Whole tyre / SBR reclaimrubber.
