We also refine other metals like Silver, Platinum and Rhodium.Refining Process:Process - I: Our gold refining process starting off with gold scrap, here we collect the scrap full of Gold Dust.Process - II: The furnaces are brought up to operating temperature (about 1800oC - 2100oC) to melt down the scrap. The top of the furnace is opened and the crucible filled with the scrap is placed inside. Once the gold has melted to a melted stage, the crucible is removed from the furnace.Process - III: After the metal gets heated and changes into liquid form.1) Here the gold is being poured. 2) The fire here is created from the oil that is placed into the mold to help with the removal of the gold once it solidifies.Process - IV: Pouring: Photos cannot do this process justice, it's beautiful to watch! The last of the gold is poured from the crucible. Finally the result is that we get the pure Gold for re-use.
