The Pressure Flow Control Metering Device (PFCMD) from Bermad, integrates a vertical turbine Woltman-Type water meter with a diaphragm actuated hydraulic control valve equipped with one, two or more pilots. The PFCMD automatically performs one, two or more independent functions, such as sustaining a preset minimal upstream pressure, maintaining the level in elevated reservoirs or sustaining maximum set flow. All functions are performed irrespective of change in upstream pressure and or demand. Functions can easily be added or removed in a modular way. The meter accuracy is independent and not affected by the action of the valve. An adjusting screw on each pilot allows setting of the desired set-point for Pressure, Level & Flow. The valve is compatible with SCADA.

The D-070 Combination Dynamic Air Valve is a unique valve operating without a float, utilizing the rolling diaphragm principle. This unique structure allows the dynamic valves to discharge air from the water system in a controlled and gradual manner, preventing slam and local up-surges.
