Scaffolding Vertical Props are manufactured from top quality, continuously welded steel tubes sturdy, 150 x 150 x 6mm head and base plates welded on to inner (40 NB) & Outer (50 NB) members, having matching holes for fastening of props on top of each other to gain additional heights. Center hole is provided to insert stirrup head fitment or U head to hold wooden or steel bearers of slab centering. Nail holes are provided in head and foot plates for nailing wooden runners / bearers on to props. Quick and large adjustments in height can be made by inserting lock pin into holes provided in the inner member and fine adjustments are made by rotating the malleable iron nut on the outer member. These are made of M.S., H.R., C.R. steels. The total assembly consists of inner prop, outer prop, locking, locking nut and flat plates. Inner tube is of 40 mm ID and 48.3 mm OD. Outer tube is of 50 mm ID and 60.3 mm OD. Holes of 14 mm diameter are made in inner prop at a constant distance of 150 mm. Outer prop is threaded from top up to 300 mm. Inner tube is free to move telescopically inside outer prop. It can be fixed at any distance as per requirement with the help of slots. The high tensile locking pin is located through a slot in the outer section and a hole on the inner section for coarse adjustment. A self cleaning device on the collar nut, which automatically clears the thread of concrete, and dirt where the nut is rotated. Base plates and head plates are holed for use with slab form work. TPI ACME square thread ensure load bearing strength at this critical point. Beam type of U head props are customer's requirement. Inner tube is braced in both directions.

Telescopic adjustable Steel propsProps are manufactured from ERW Steel pipes and have adjustable length from 6.5’ to 13’. These props are manufactured from 60.3 mm OD outer member and 48.3 mm OD inner member. The thickness of the member is designed according to the required load carrying capacity. These props are type tested for the load capacity. We have load testing machine for demonstrating the load capacity. Props can be supplied with integral sleeve or welded sleeve as per customer requirement. The sleeve is treaded in house with acme treads in close tolerance.  The base plate at both the ends is of 6” x 6” x 6 mm thk. The props are provided with heavy duty nut and G-pin with wire rope. Props can be supplied with Painted finish or Hot Dip Galvanized finish. H-Frames and U-FramesH-Frames consist of welded frames, with 48.3 mm OD verticals braced together with scissor type cross braces secured by clips. They are used as access scaffolding in a high rise structure for wall plastering, painting, cleaning etc. H-Frames are available in widths of 900 mm,1250 mm,1800 mm and heights of 1000 mm, 1500 mm, 2000 mm. Cuplock ScaffoldingTransoms ledgers with fittings at both ends lock into Cuplock housings or captive collar welded on the verticals at 500 or 1000 mm c/c to form Scaffolding or Staging. The main advantage is allowing change in working levels by removing and refixing Transoms ledgers at different levels without disturbing Scafolding. The erection and dismantling is easy, fast with only use of Hammer.
