HVPL Design and manufacture Circular screen separators with SINGLE or MULTIPLE DECKS which are used for separation of coarse particles from fine particles. These machines are being used to make accurate separation of particles ranging from 30mm to 25 microns. They are available right from lab scale size upto plant scale size (i.e. ranging from 24” Diameter to 72” Diameter) and available in SS 304, SS 316 or MS IS 2062 construction. Anti-blinding devices for sieves are available and provided on demand, so as to minimize the problem of sieve choking drastically. VIBRO-SEPERATORS for wet or dry separation SHAKTI Vibro Seperator is a screening unit Vibrating in three planes along the vertical axis. This is accomplished by a specially designed Vibratory Motor having eccentric weights at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The motor is mounted Vertically at the centre of the screening assembly. on a circular base by means of springs which allow the unit to vibrate freely. The springs absorb the vibrations and prevent them to be transmitted to the floor.   Multiplane vibrations of the material are achieved by   a) Rotation of the upper weight creates vibrations in the horizontal plane, enabling the material to move across the screen from the centre to the periphery. b) Rotation of the lower weight gives vibrations in the vertical and tangential planes. The Grit separator works on the principle of cyclonic action. The Solid Liquid Separation takes place due to centrifugal force and difference in densities of grit particles, when the mixture enters the cyclone at pressure. Several Factories have successfully installed our Lime Grit Separator in Super quality heavy duty stainless steel & had taken the advantages of this simple low cost unit. No additional PUMP/ POWER is required as, it is designed to function as INLINE SYSTEM.   The installation of this unit is solving two critical problem in one go, like removal of grit and pH control of condenser water because of routing grit slurry into the spray pond. Cyclonic separation is a method of removing particulates from an air, gas or liquid stream, without the use of filters, through vortex separation. Rotational effects and gravity are used to separate mixtures of solids and fluids. The method can also be used to separate fine droplets of liquid from a gaseous stream. Dust laden gas or air enters the collector tangentially and follows a spiral path to the bottom of the cone. The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone. After striking the wall, the combination of the gravitational and swirling forces causes the dust to move downward to the dust outlet. Pressure drop for normal operation is about 3 – 4 inches of water. They are very efficient in collecting dust particles down to 30 microns in size.
