Vibro sifter consists of an assembly of screens with variable mesh size which is ideal for separation and gradation of powder, granules etc. as per the particle size.The machine is designed to achieve vibrations in multiple planes accompanied by a suitable assembly of a vibratory motor having an eccentric weight at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The motor rests vertically at the center of the screen assembly, on a circular base by means of springs which allow for free vibration of the unit. The top weight causes vibrations in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery of the screen. The bottom weight tilts the unit which causes vibrations in the vertical tangential axis. The angle of lead of the lower weight with respect to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. The Vibro Sifters are widely used in chemical, food processing and other Industries, for continuous gradation. This equipment’s are based on the principle of systematic Gyratory movement of the particles on vibrating screens. The structuring of the machine has been designed in order to achieve the multiple plane vibration by suitable assembly of the specially designed Vibratory motor (constructed for this purpose) having eccentric weight at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The motor is mounted vertically at the centre of the screening assembly, on a circular base by means of springs, which allow the Unit to vibrate freely. The springs absorb the vibrations and prevent them to be transmitted on the floor.

Sifters usually use vibration energy or a combination of Vibration & ultrasonic energies to achieve screening. These are available in various sizes from 12” to 48” diameter. The most common size used is 20” (550mm) & 30” diameter (750mm). The silicon is food grade quality, transparent in appearance. Non toxic & molded on the stainless steel ring. The gas stream enters the Cyclone Separator tangentially. This starts a cyclone action throwing the liquids to the wall of the vessel. The gas comes down to the vortex finder plate, and reverses back up to the gas outlet pipe. In the centre of the vortex finder plate is a hole connected to the top sealed section by a recycle pipe. As the gas goes out, a low pressure area is created by the cyclone effect. This low pressure area is transmitted to the sealed section by the recycle line, and has a suction effect on the gap in the outlet pipe. Any remaining liquids are pulled through this gap and returned to the lower portion of the vessel by the recycle tube. These separators will remove 99.9% of all free liquids and solids 5 microns and larger when operated under design conditions.

This is an attachment to the overflow collection tank in cleaning system, in which oil contaminated cleaning solution is coming in contact with a rotating disc and scraper. This while in motion separates oil from the fluid surface to give double benefits namely, Cleaning solution is recycled which enhances the service life of cleaning bath and oil can be reused after filtration.
