The company executes interior, exterior and façade work, as well as turn key projects for interiors (specializing in special effects paints and floorings). Establishing his own venture was a natural progression for Chaddwa, whose career began in 1995, working for his family's business house – Greencard Departmental Stores Pvt Ltd and The Evergreen Developers, a company that has an anchored presence in the construction industry for the past 25 years. While at Evergreen Developers, Chaddwa had successfully executed seven projects which include residential towers, IT Park and mall. SHADES has currently entered into a joint venture with Glazewall Facade Systems Pvt. Ltd.
