He clip eyelet clamp is economical and designed for easy installment and removal from the header. These can be fitted on various pipe sizes by drilling a hole in the pipe same as lug provided in the clip eyelet. The steel bracket is s.s. Grade with spring tension clamps the clip on to the pipe. It fits on 1” 1.14” and 1.12” nb pipes. This clip eyelet is used in conjunction with a swivel ball and a retainer nut. Different types of nozzles i.e.: flat fan, hollow cone and full cone can be fitted on to this swivel ball and the same can be swiveled to an angle of 60°. The desired position can then be maintained by tightening the retainer cap.

Siddharth air atomizing nozzle is a unique two-substance nozzle used where very large and high viscous quantities of liquid and pastes have to be turned to mists or fine atomized. Highly atomized sprays can be obtained at comparatively low flow rates. Liquids can be fed under principles of gravity, suction or by pressure. These nozzles provide an independent passage for liquid and air whose flow can also be controlled allowing accurate metering. The mixing in these nozzles takes place in 2 different ways. 1. Internal mixing. 2. External mixing. Internal mixing is used where low viscous fluids absent from impurities need to be sprayed. External mixing is preferred for atomizing viscous fluids thereby avoiding clogging. All individual components are available as spare parts. i.e. : nozzle bodies, liquid inserts, Air caps, needle and needle related spares etc. The precise manufacturing of replacement parts ensures interchangeability and retains the desired performances. End connections: End connections for Air, Liquid and Auto shut off can be provided at 180° apart from each other or all 3 ports in line whichever requested. Standard connections for Air and Liquid are 14”BSP (F) and 18”BSP (F).for Auto shut off Material of construction is usually S.S.316 , but can also be made available in S.S.304, Brass, P.V.C., P.T.F.E. etc. And all wetted parts used are S.S.316, P.T.F.E, Viton or any food grade material

Siddharth flat fan nozzles give a uniform curtain shaped flat spray with tapering edges reducing water droplets from medium to fine size. These nozzles have elliptical orifices, which are designed machined and manufactured to close tolerances to ensure desired flow and performance. The low flow rate ensures good atomization whereas powerful jet impacts are achieved by higher capacities and narrow angle. Absence of inserts makes it insensitive to impurities thereby avoiding clogging. However spray tips with low flow rates for applications such as moistening, misting, humidification etc. Are used in conjunction with strainers to avoid clogging.

Siddharth water jet eductors find their application mainly in lifting, pumping, mixing and agitating of liquids. Construction of these nozzles is into three parts. (1). A converging nozzle, (2). A venturi and (3). The body, which holds these parts together providing a mixing chamber. The working principle which involves passing pressurized liquid through the nozzle to entrain another liquid, mix the two and discharge the mixture against a counter pressure

These nozzles are precisely designed and manufactured to close tolerances for uniform spray distribution and reliable performances These nozzles find application in cooling quenching, coke, dust suppression, scrubbing of flue gases, removing of fly ash etc.

Siddharth hollow cone spray nozzles give a uniform annular ring shaped spray pattern. These nozzles are made available in 2 fundamentally different swirling principles. 1. The Axial hollow cone & 2. The Tangential hollow cone.
