The PRIMASLIT FL (Front Loading) Duplex Slitter Rewinder offers a compact solution to the converting industry by having both sections on the same (front) side, thus making the area for reel loading and unloading common. As compared to conventional two side machines, this design offers greater convenience in web threading and limits the need for operator movement, allowing him to monitor the entire process from the front of the machine

On its versions DSR RL, ULTRASLIT® OHP and ROBOSLIT®, SP ULTRAFLEX provides as standard electro- mechanical floor lifting unwind arms which move down vertically to lift the new unwind reel off the floor. The vertical movement of this unit affords a better positioning convenience that the pivoted motion of most contemporary floor lifting mechanisms. The use of a motor for this activity also makes the machine free from hydraulics, thus ensuring compliance with the food and drug safety standards specified for secondary packaging.

The WIR REV web inspection rewinding machine is used extensively for the inspection and editing of printed substrates beforeonward lamination.
