Principles of Operation: The Impact Pulveriser consists of an encased Rotor carrying swing hammers, whizzer classifier for fineness regulation and pressure gradient creator mounted on a solid shaft. Raw material to be pulverised enters the crushing chamber through the hopper and the automatic rotary feeder. The impact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for classification and the oversize particles are rejected by the classifier and returned to the crushing chamber for further grinding. The classified material is then conveyed into the Cyclone for collection and bagging. Air swept type, screenless, recommended for minerals, ores, dyestuff, chemicals, clays etc. Not recommended for wet or sticky material.The Pulverizer consists of a machined body bolted together inside which rotate forged steel hard faced balanced hammers mounted on a solid alloy steel shafting. The shaft rotates in self aligning ball bearings installed in C.I. housings provided with grease cups. Replaceable C.I. breakers plate are fitted on to the main body which acts as the stator and facilitates Pulverizing.

Spice Roaster is fabricated in U shaped sturdy body, having top cover centrally located and bottom discharge valve and with centrally mounted longitudinal shaft on which Spirals ribbons are mounted. Our specially designed spiral ribbons gives the best blending results due to three dimensional actions. In conventional Spice Roasters the heating is achieved through the Jacket filled with special purpose heating oil which is heated through Electrically operated oil immersed heaters. The heating temperature is controlled through digital temperature controller which can be achieved up to 250 Deg. C. The production with conventional electrically heated roaster has been affected due to recent power crises, the cost of the generator power with high electrical load is defiantly not affordable. Considering these problems we had recently developed the Roasters with LPG (Gas) heating arrangements.
