For Domestic requirements, sets upto 750 kva are supplied with Acoustic Enclosure (Ready to Use Sets) as per statutory norms. Higher capacity sets are supplied with Acoustic Enclosures with 25 dB insertion loss.

Sterling & Wilson was formed in 1927 as Wilson Electric Works and subsequently became Sterling & Wilson in 1971 when the Shapoorji Pallonji Group took a 51% stake in the company.
