Sunbird III plastic seal (Patent No. 190641) has a unique locking mechanism where the female part is provided with an all round collar to protect the locking arrangement. Once the seal is locked, the insert is totally swallowed by the capsule leaving no room for any attempt to reach its locking mechanism to tamper this seal.

Our Sunbird II plastic sealing device comprises of flat rectangular capsule receptacle and flat anchor shaped insert, both connected by a flexible connecting cord. Once the locking mechanism is meshed it cannot be opened or tampered. This seal dispenses with the use of heavy and cumbersome sealing pliers and can be locked securely by hand. Also due to its dual-sided locking mechanism, the entry of the insert into the capsule is not restricted to one particular side alone. The "Sunbird-II" plastic seal can be effectively used on Oil Chemical Milk Tankers Manholes and Valves, Storage Tanks, Electric Water Meters, Containers, Railway Wagons, Carboys, Jerry Cans Etc. High-rise monogram on one side and high-rise 6 digit non-repeat serial numbers on the other side of the capsule is provided on "Sunbird-II" plastic seal.

Sunbird-I plastic seal is the first plastic seal introduced in India in the year 1982 and it has a proven record. This Sealing device comprises of a capsule receptacle And an insert, both connected by a connecting cord. The capsule and the insert have an interlocking arrangement so that when the insert is pressed into the capsule, both the insert and capsule get locked. Once the locking mechanism is meshed it cannot be opened or tampered. This seal can be locked only with the help of specially designed sealing pliers. This plastic seal can be effectively used on Oil Chemical Milk Tankers Manholes and Valves, Storage Tanks, Electric Water Meters, Containers, Railway Wagons, Carboys, Jerry Cans Etc. Our Pull & Fasten R-1 seal can be effectively used for sealing Truck Tarpaulin, sampling bottles, Currency Bag, Currency Chest, cash cassettes of ATM, bonded lockers, warehouses, Jewellery boxes, Item branding etc. R-1 seal is manufactured from virgin PP-CP plastic and comes with a total length of 192 mm. Our "Pull & Fasten" R-1 seal is a guarantee against tampering and misuse of valuable products while in transit or in storage which our customers are using satisfactorily. The R-1 Plastic strip seal provides multiple adjustable locking positions. A locking arrangement is provided and once the strip is passed through the channel and pulled tight it cannot be reversed or opened unless cut or broken. Our "Pull & Fasten" R-1 seal comes with hot pressed 7 digit non-repeat serial numbers on one side of the flap. In addition a customized hot pressed logomonogramname of the user can be provided on the other side of the flap. This will prevent anyone from replacing the seal thereby preventing pilferage and contamination of the cargo.

Sailent features the seals are specially designed for sealing drums with rings. They are available in various colours with non-repeat high-rise six-digit numbers and monogram of the user. Details such as the name and phone number of the user can also be provided. These drum seal can be effectively used for sealing chemical pharmaceutical drums with aluminum metal rings. Once the seal is pushed into the slot provided in the ring the drum lid cannot be opened without breaking the seal.

We also market Container Seals which have lengths of 70-90 mm. This container seal is plastic coated. Locking Rod is forged from Carbon Steel and the Locking Body may be stamped with your company's name logo and serial numbers. This container seal can be used on Marine Containers, Railway Wagons, Airline Containers, Truck Containers etc etc.
